The 1st November is tomorrow, we have a challenge for you and your family to try.
We have a junior or senior level to complete:
Junior Challenge: 1st November 21 press ups (from your feet) add one extra press up each day and finish on 50 on the 30th November.
Senior Challenge: 1st November 46 press ups (from your feet) add one extra press up each day and finish on 75 on the 30th November.
Attached to this email are record sheets to record your daily results, please print and bring along to classes, all the instructors have to join in too.
