At our Derby venue we teach a variety of martial arts classes: Little Dragons (3-6 years), Taekwon-Do (6 years+), Kickboxing (6 years+) and fitness classes Monday to Saturday.
You can find us at Unit 6, MCP House – DE1 1LY. Just to the right of Physique Evolution Gym. Look out for our sign on a glass door, and head up the stairs just inside to the first floor!
